Brian P.Y. Liu Brian Liu, Co-Founder and Chairman of LegalZoom, was formerly a corporate attorney with Sullivan & Cromwell, a prominent "Wall Street" law firm based in New York. He has extensive experience in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. In addition, Mr. Liu was formerly assistant Vice President - Legal with Oaktree Capital Management, LLC, a leading Los Angeles-based investment adviser with over $35 billion of assets under management. Mr. Liu graduated from U.C. Berkeley Phi Beta Kappa and with honors in Biochemistry. He received his Law Degree from UCLA School of Law. |

Kamran Pourzanjani Kamran Pourzanjani is the co-founder and former CEO of PriceGrabber.com and was responsible for the company's operations, strategic direction and growth. His vision fostered a culture of success and achievement at PriceGrabber, making the company one of the leading online shopping comparison sites with over 24 million monthly unique users. Under Mr. Pourzanjani's leadership, PriceGrabber received the "Internet Company of the Year" award from the Southern California Software Council, and was recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the nation, according to both Inc. Magazine and the "Deloitte Technology Fast 500." In recognition of his achievements and company's performance Mr. Pourzanjani was named Ernst & Young's "Entrepreneur of the Year" for the Business Services category. |

Alan Spoon Alan Spoon is a managing general partner in Polaris Venture Partners, a venture capital firm. Before joining Polaris in 2000, Mr. Spoon served for 18 years in a variety of roles with The Washington Post Company, including President, board member, and Chief Financial Officer. At The Post Company, Alan also was responsible for early stage technology investments in cellular (Cellular One and digital PCS), distance learning and educational software, and information and e-commerce services. Prior to The Washington Post, Mr. Spoon was an officer at The Boston Consulting Group.
In addition to serving on LegalZoom's board, Mr. Spoon also sits on the boards of a variety of other companies, including Art.com, Silicon Optix, Inc., and IAC/InterActiveCorp. In his not-for-profit activities, Mr. Spoon is a member of the Smithsonian Institution Board of Regents, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Corporation, and The Council on Foreign Relations. He earned his B.S. at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.S. at M.I.T.'s Sloan School of Management, and a J.D., with honors, from Harvard Law School.

John Suh John Suh, Chairman of LegalZoom, is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in the Internet space. Most recently, he served as CEO of StudioDirect, the Internet division of $6B global supply chain leader, Li and Fung. Within 48 hours of Mr. Suh presenting to over 100 analysts, $250M was raised to assist StudioDirect in targeting the small business segment. As co-founder and CEO of Castling Group, he took a leading role in helping offline companies create their Internet divisions, launching category leaders such as jcrew.com, hifi.com, and giftcertificates.com. Mr. Suh received a B.A. in Organizational Behavior and Public Policy from Harvard College and received his MBA with high distinction at Harvard Business School, graduating as a George F. Baker Scholar. |

Jason Trevisan Jason Trevisan is a principal with Polaris Venture Partners, a venture capital firm. He focuses primarily on growth equity investments and buyout opportunities in technology, healthcare, media, consumer, and business services. Prior to joining Polaris, Mr. Trevisan was director of analytics and client services at aQuantive (AQNT), a $150 million media and marketing software company. Mr. Trevisan received his M.B.A. with Distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he was recognized as an Edward Tuck Scholar. He holds an A.B., cum laude, in English from Duke University. |
