John Suh, CEO of LegalZoom, is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in the Internet space. Most recently, he served as CEO of StudioDirect, the Internet division of $6B global supply chain leader, Li and Fung. Within 48 hours of Mr. Suh presenting to over 100 analysts, $250M was raised to assist StudioDirect in targeting the small business segment. As co-founder and CEO of Castling Group, he took a leading role in helping offline companies create their Internet divisions, launching category leaders such as jcrew.com, hifi.com, and giftcertificates.com. Mr. Suh received a B.A. in Organizational Behavior and Public Policy from Harvard College and received his MBA with high distinction at Harvard Business School, graduating as a George F. Baker Scholar.

Frank Monestere has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of LegalZoom since 2002. Before joining LegalZoom, Mr. Monestere was a management consultant (2000-2002), and assisted clients in executing technology-focused business initiatives for such clients as Comcast and Time Warner Cable. Before that, he served in the U.S. Army as an Infantry Officer in the 82nd Airborne Division (1991–1995) and as a Special Forces Officer (1995–1998) with deployments to Bosnia and Sub-Saharan Africa. Mr. Monestere graduated in the top 10% of his class with a B.S. in International Relations from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he focused on operations strategy and management.

Chas Rampenthal, General Counsel and Vice President of Product Development, brings experience in general corporate, partnership, venture capital and securities law to the LegalZoom Team. Before joining LegalZoom, he was a founding partner of Belanger and Rampenthal LLC and was an associate at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP of Boston, Massachusetts and the Los Angeles office of Thelen Reid & Priest LLP. Prior to that, Mr. Rampenthal gained significant leadership and management experience as an officer and aviator in the United States Navy. Mr. Rampenthal received his B.S. in Economics and Math Studies summa cum laude from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California. Mr. Rampenthal is admitted to practice law in both California and Massachusetts.

Brian Liu, Co-Founder and Chairman of LegalZoom, was formerly a corporate attorney with Sullivan & Cromwell, a prominent "Wall Street" law firm based in New York. He has extensive experience in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. In addition, Mr. Liu was formerly assistant Vice President - Legal with Oaktree Capital Management, LLC, a leading Los Angeles-based investment adviser with over $35 billion of assets under management. Mr. Liu graduated from U.C. Berkeley Phi Beta Kappa and with honors in Biochemistry. He received his Law Degree from UCLA School of Law.

Eddie Hartman, Co-Founder and President of Attorney Services for LegalZoom, was formerly the Senior Vice President for Technology & Marketing of XCEED International (NASDAQ: XCED). Mr. Hartman is the creator of two popular web-based applications, MajorFind and Megaphone. He has sat on the board of the Project Management Institute (Los Angeles Chapter) and is a current board member of the Brent Shapiro Foundation. Mr. Hartman received a B.S. in Computer Science from Yale University, an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and training in project management from CalTech. He is a member of the California Bar.

Fred Krupica brings over 30 years of experience at several high-growth corporations, most recently at Altra Inc., a leading biofuels company. Prior to Altra, he was CFO for Fastclick Inc., (NASDAQ:FSTC) an internet advertising technology company, where he led the company's IPO and subsequent sale and merger to Valueclick Inc. (NASDAQ:VCLK). Fred's previous positions include CFO at WJ Communications (NASDAQ:WJCI), CFO for Magnetic Data Technologies, CFO and Chief Operating Officer for a private equity firm, and founder of a professional services firm. Krupica also served in various senior financial management positions at Atlantic Richfield, Pullman Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Krupica is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois and an MBA in finance from UCLA.

Tracy Terrill, Chief Technology Officer, has extensive experience in technology management. Under Mr. Terrill's leadership, LegalZoom has matured its technology and systems to support the rapid growth and expansion of its product offerings. Prior to joining LegalZoom, he held numerous technology leadership positions with GE/NBC Universal, Universal Music Group, Universal Studios and Warner Brothers. Earlier in his career, he was a Gartner consultant where he specialized in strategic planning and enterprise system implementations. Mr. Terrill holds an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Shapiro, Co-Founder of LegalZoom, is one of the most recognized attorneys in the world. He is currently a partner of Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard & Shapiro, LLP, a full-service law firm with approximately 120 attorneys (no relationship with LegalZoom). Mr. Shapiro has over 31 years of legal experience and has served as counsel in United States of America v. Samango, People v. Christian Brando and People v. O.J. Simpson. Mr. Shapiro is the author of "For the Defense" (Loyola Law Review, November 1996), "The Search For Justice: A Defense Attorney's Brief on the O.J. Simpson Case" (1996) and "When The Press Calls: A Lawyer's View" (California Litigation, Fall 1991).

Brian Lee, Co-Founder of LegalZoom, was formerly an attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP and a former Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. He has substantial experience in consulting on tax and accounting issues specializing in the high technology industry. His clients included HNC Software, Microsoft, Amgen, PairGain Technologies, Broadcom, and Alltel. Mr. Lee graduated Magna Cum Laude with at B.A. in Economics/Business from UCLA and received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law. Mr. Lee is also the founder of ShoeDazzle.com
