Tori Bryant is an associate at Arroyo Law Group, LLP, a firm that offers services in a wide variety of transactional and litigation practice areas. She is licensed to practice law in Arizona, and has experience in the areas of criminal, immigration and juvenile law.
As a Yuma County Legal Defender, Bryant was assigned criminal cases from the courts for clients charged with felony and juvenile offenses. She represented from their arraignments through sentencing hearings, and assisted clients in making decisions about resolving their cases with plea proceedings or via trial, as well as filing any motions that might result in dismissals or reduction of charges.
Upon leaving the Legal Defender's Office, Bryant established her own firm and continued accepting court-appointed cases as well as retained (private) cases. She was able to branch out from Yuma County and traveled to La Paz Superior and Justice Courts, as well as the Colorado River Indian Tribal Court. She also accepted cases in other areas of Yuma County, such as the San Luis Municipal and Somerton Municipal Courts. Additionally, Bryant traveled to Southeastern Arizona to Cochise County to practice.
As well as servicing LegalZoom customers in Arizona, her private practice encompasses criminal, some civil, and immigration law. She recently expanded her practice to Los Angeles and San Diego counties in California to include federal immigration law only.
