Victoria Aguilar is the founder and managing partner of The AR Group, LLP, a law firm headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado that focuses on delivering hassle-free, affordable legal services to meet the needs of individuals and small businesses alike. A seasoned lawyer with nearly 20 years of law experience, her diverse background working for both big and small companies brings clients a unique and highly sought after level of professionalism and expertise. While she spent many years supporting Fortune 500 companies including GE, Time Warner Telecom and US West Communications, Inc., it was her own entrepreneurial spirit that helped her realize that her passion for solving the legal matters of consumers and small emerging businesses. In addition to her legal experience and qualifications, Aguilar is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources, which gives her a unique perspective that has proven to be invaluable to her consumer and small business clients.
With a passion for her local Hispanic community, Aguilar sits on the board of directors for the Hispanic Chamber of Metro Denver and the National Hispanic Voter Educational Foundation. She is actively involved with the Rocky Mountain Minority Supplier Development Council and presents on topics including human resources, legal and professional development for The National Hispana Leadership Institute. She also serves on the board of the Excelsior Youth Center, an organization that recently honored Victoria with the “Triumphant Woman” award for serving as a strong role model to girls in need.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Boston College, graduating summa cum laude, and a law degree from the University of Michigan.
