With a passion for her local Hispanic community, Aguilar sits on the board of directors for the Hispanic Chamber of Metro Denver and the National Hispanic Voter Educational Foundation. She is actively involved with the Rocky Mountain Minority Supplier Development Council and presents on topics including human resources, legal and professional development for The National Hispana Leadership Institute. She also serves on the board of the Excelsior Youth Center, an organization that recently honored Victoria with the “Triumphant Woman” award for serving as a strong role model to girls in need.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Boston College, graduating summa cum laude, and a law degree from the University of Michigan.
