Tell us a little about your product or service.
The menu items will be determined by the fruits and vegetables that are in 'Season' at a particular time. As much as possible the fruits and vegetables will be purchased from local farmers as long as the price remains competitve.
How did you start your company?
My husband and I have always wanted to own our own restaurant. An incredible opportunity was brought to us by our most dear friends and we jumped at the opportunity with both feet.

What or who inspired you to go into business for yourself?People close to us live in a communist country and they are unable, at will, to go into a business of their choice. We are celebrating living in the great country of the United States of America.
What were some of the startup hurdles you overcame?
Money was our biggest hurdle. Then learning what to do first versus what steps should be done next. Dealing with legal issues concerning property left by previous tenant.
How has LegalZoom helped you in starting up your business?
Our population in this country continues to age and we will be offering smaller portions for the senior population. In addition, we will provide an easy way for the community to have a meal prepared for a home bound elder. And, to further our positive impact on the local community we will be allowing for all patrons on Sunday to choose to donate 10% of their total bill to their non-profit of choice.
