A Unique Program for Seniors with Unique Needs. Diamond Bar RCFE recognizes the special needs of people with memory impairments. Offering a fresh approach, we begin with understanding the stories and details of a senior's life so we can help them attain what we call "pleasant days." This means finding ways to involve residents in everyday activities they enjoy and can feel successful at, in specially designed surroundings that are both safe and stimulating. Providing care for seniors with memory impairments can be challenging, but DBRCFE has created a care option that works: innovative and effective programs with multiple levels of support. DBRCFE is designed for seniors in the earlier stages of memory loss. DBRCFE takes great care to make sure residents feel comfortable and secure. Our special programs are developed in accordance with the "The Guidelines for Dignity". DBRCFE residents engage in therapeutic activities designed to enhance their independence and bring them pleasant days. Hospice care Compassionate End-of-life Care : Diamond Bar RCFE embraces the hospice philosophy of ensuring the right to dignity and comfort during the final phase of our residents' lives. We honor the DBRCFE Principles of Service in our commitment to holistic, compassionate end-of-life care. With an emphasis on caring, not curing, we provide symptom management combined with emotional and spiritual support. Our staff makes it a priority to be responsive to families' needs and residents' wishes. How Does Hospice Work at DBRCFE? Diamond Bar RCFE works with preferred providers who have agreed to abide by established best practices. Hospice providers, in conjunction with DBRCFE staff, tailor a resident- and family-centered hospice care program. Together, we make it possible for our residents with end-of-life needs to receive high-quality, hospice care while remaining at DBRCFE. We serve all residents who are eligible and desire to receive hospice care. Hospice consultations are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Up to 24 hours, seven days-a-week, including weekends and holidays, our older adults receive care with three meals a day plus healthy snacks in between, with medication, laundry, light housekeeping, shopping and errands, fun activities and more.Our services are designed for practically any living arrangement where an older adult simply needs human interaction and help with day-to-day activities.
