Tell us a little about your product or service.
Our primary goal is to assist the young adult in his or her search for decent and affordable housing. We aim to do this by providing a space from which our members can connect and assist one another in this search. We also provide assistance in the obtainment of information regarding: College loans Maintaining and obtaining good credit Health Issues and Health Insurance Social events and opportunities As well as other general inquiries
How did you start your company?
I started my company afternoons in New York City. As my 9-5 resumed each weekday on que, I worked nights at home to develope a business plan. After developing a business, I presented the plan to my family. Fortunatly members of my family were intrigued and were willing to go into business with me. At this moment I decided that I would not own a business, I would be one owner of many in a corporation. I set out to find a comapny that would help me incorporate. I found legalzoom, and as they say, the rest is history.

What or who inspired you to go into business for yourself?My search for an affordable and sanitary living space in New York City inspired me to go into business for myself. New York City has some of the most breathtaking homes and views. Unfortunately, these gorgeous homes are only available to a small segment of the population. As a young professional, struggling to live in the city, these homes were not attainable. The apartments in my price range were in horrible condition. As I searched, I discovered that there were places within New York City that were both affordable and livable. The problem was finding these places. I struggled to encounter a service or organization that assisted young professionals such as myself in this search. At that moment, I decided that I would create this organization.
What were some of the startup hurdles you overcame?
As I struggle to develope my business, I still encounter new hurdles everyday. Before incorporating, I had never contacted the IRS. I had never heard mention of the privacy act, and how it pertains to P.O. Boxes. I had never heard the term Gorilla Marketing. In short, I swim through uncharted waters daily, and somehow maintain afloat.
How has LegalZoom helped you in starting up your business?
LegalZoom basically started my business. I incorporated my business through LegalZoom in August. Through services offered by some of their partners, I had a corporation, business cards, and promos by October. LegalZoom helped me transform my company from an idea, to a reality.

Once this necessity is met, we strive to keep ties with the individual and provide a wide range of reference information relevant to our members` needs. We look to provide information regarding outstanding college loans, health issues and health insurance, academic endeavors, and social events and opportunities.
