Job Description

LegalZoom.com is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join our business development team. The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day work flow, generating reports, project management, partner relations and communications of the department.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of the day to day operations of the Business Development department
• Answer emails and phone calls, and other partner-related interactions and solve their day-to-day queries
• Maintain partner related spreadsheets effectively and efficiently
• Generate leads lists using various internal programs
• Coordinate confidential agreements and contracts between LegalZoom and partner
• Assist in the maintenance all partner up sells in various channels
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein

• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and ensure consistent quality in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with Excel, and Word
• Must have strong organizational and administrative skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills
• Outstanding grammar skills
• Ability to perform in a self-managed environment - must be a self-starter
