Customer Support Representative

We are seeking both full-time & part-time candidates for various shifts (7 AM – 6:30 PM)

As a Customer Service Representative in our contact center, you will be responsible for delivering friendly and knowledgeable customer support for LegalZoom products and services. On a day-to-day basis you will assist customers with inquires via email and over the telephone regarding order status, payments, returns, and basic information about the products and services provided.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Proficiently utilize customer service tools, systems and procedures to provide accurate, and timely service solutions.
• Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive efficiency.
• Record customer inquires for follow-up and tracking purposes.
• Consistently demonstrate positive and professional behaviors to drive customer satisfaction.
• Maintain/achieve contact center performance measurements to ensure company success and industry leadership in customer service including: e-mail response, average customer call time, average customer call wait time, abandoned call volume, and general productivity goals.
• Builds and maintains strong collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in a high volume contact center, legal or service environment.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows XP, MS Internet Explorer.
• Consistently demonstrates positive and professional attitude.
• Functional excellence in customer support systems, processes and procedures.
• Ability to utilize strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience or interest in law preferred.
• Bachelor of Art/Science or equivalent experience.
