Job Description:

This position requires a strong background using development tools such as Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server. The ideal candidate is efficient, responsible, self-motivated, organized, and enjoys being part of an elite team. You should be comfortable developing in a multi-threaded environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• New software creation for internal and external tools.
• Implementation and integration of third party products to LegalZoom.
• Company web site, partner sites, customer reporting software.
• Porting ASP to ASP.Net.
• Web services.

Successful candidates will have notable and relevant programming experience in .NET, be up-to-date in their knowledge, and have strong academic preparation and/or a strong track record of programming.

• 5 or more years of professional programming experience.
• 2 or more years of C# and .NET experience required.
• Hands-on experience with .Net, C#, IIS/ASP, SQL Server, T-SQL.
• Experience with XML/XSL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Bachelors degree in computer science preferred.

100% Microsoft environment - C#, VB.NET, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, and Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI).
