We are currently seeking an innovative, forward-thinking professional to become a member of our growing Marketing team. As a key member, the Product Marketing Manager will have responsibility for developing winning strategies to profitably accelerate the growth of one of our product portfolios, execute marketing campaigns, and analyze results. This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will work closely with the Product Development and Operations teams.

To be successful, the Product Marketing Manager must be able to thoroughly develop a deep understanding of customer needs, markets, competitors and trends. You will have at your disposal: market research, analysis of transactional and third party data, and customer surveys. From that information, you will then develop recommendations on product positioning, messaging, pricing and features.

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a minimum of two years of successful experience as a consumer Product Marketing Manager and a proven track record of accelerating growth of product sales. A Bachelors degree is required, and an MBA and/or experience with competitive analysis is preferred. However, LegalZoom is a growing company with an entrepreneurial culture. Principal Responsibilities will include:

• Improving existing products, defining requirements for new products, and working to successfully launch products.
• Review processes and communication with customers along all touch points to ensure consistency with brand objectives and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve marketing plan through appropriate marketing campaigns from creation to execution to analysis.
• Work closely and collaboratively with Product Group and channel/media experts to ensure alignment of objectives and effective execution.
