Job Description

We're looking for a QA Engineer who is a self-starter and can learn quickly, maintain focus, work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to the improvement of our QA and release processes. Attention to detail and a passion for quality are necessities for this position.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years in the QA field in testing commercial web applications and supporting backend systems
• Knowledge of software development, QA methodologies, release process
• Experience using bug tracking systems
• Experience with VSS and SQL a plus
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
• BA or BS degree required, preferably in related field

• Perform manual testing of web application and related backend applications and systems
• Execute functional, application, regression and performance tests
• Troubleshoot and work with developers on issues
• Write and execute use cases / test cases / test plans
• Generate bug reports and follow through to resolution
• Support release process and perform production site verification testing
