- Prepare easy-to-understand reports, case-studies and best practices documentation.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of data derived from web analytics tools.
- Website behavior and customer experience analysis.
- Documentation relating to existing processes and suggestion / presentations for improving those processes.
- Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) for project teams and business leaders.
- Use strong analytical skills and provide insights (as well as recommendations for changes) and convince key LegalZoom decision-makers of business benefits of the proposed solutions.

- Strong User Interface (UI) skills
- Experience with multivariate testing (either directly or by engaging a specialist such as Offermatica or Optimost) is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing and interpreting one's own reports, deriving actionable recommendations, conducting A/B tests and communicating results.
- 2 years experience using best-of-breed web analytics tools (e.g. WebTrends, Omniture, Hitbox, CoreMetrics, or the like).
- Exhibit high degree of pro-activeness in analyzing customer behavior using available data to influence changes on the website.
- Strong direct marketing thinking, excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, balanced by ability to see big picture.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with smart, highly motivated team members.
- Ability to perform in a self-managed environment -- must be a self-starter.
- Proven focus on teamwork.
