I am classified as an independent contractor selling goods for a company. I supply my own vehicle, but they provide the samples and reimburse me for gas and motel stays. They require me to attend sales meetings and trade shows twice a year which they reimburse me for. They are now requiring that I list my mileage every month on my expense report. Is this a breach of the independent contractor laws?
