I currently work for a state agency and the CEO is extremely verbally abusive to all staff members. The agency does not have a board of directors and our CEO apparently does not have to answer to anyone. When I was hired I was told my job duties and description of my daily task, but I am constantly asked to do the work that my supervisor sqid would be done by another employee. My CEO knew when I was hired that I was not bilingual, but she constantly tells me she should have hired a bilingual employee. She holds staff meetings that last for more than 4 hours that consist of her yelling at her employees about how they are not pulling their weight, she does not allow her employees to speak on their behalf. My CEO has everyone working in a constant state of anxiety because when ever she speaks its always abusive and very disrespectful. I want to report her but am not sure who to contact any suggestions?
