Hi my name is kat24, born in saipan, us citizenship, raise in philippines for 10yrs away from my parents...
Now im married to my wonderful husband jason30, us navy, working hard for his family...
Kids: my daughter kaylee4...his daughter ashlee4...& we recently lost twin boys :((( @5months...
My kaylee is with us but ashlee is in philippines... :(((
Since her mother left to italy... We would like to have ashlee with us :)))
I dont want her to go through what i had to go through growing up without my parents...

Anyways, I need some advice on my stepdaughter's situation...
My husband is us citizen n ashlee's mom is philippline citizen...
Ashlee was born in philippines...jason's name was not put on the "father" box...instead BC was ammended had his name put on the side of her BC n changed her name adding my husbands last name...
It was stamped n notarized by NSO...

1. Do they need to have a dna test done if BC has his name on it n his last name as his daughters last name? (note: it was stamped by NSO)

2. What are the requirements n steps to take to get her a us citizenship or an ss# card at least at first?

3. Is there any laws that can help my husband get ashlee from philippines?

4. How much does it cost to get things done? (ex: dna test if needed, ss# card, or us citizenship)

Mother will be gone for years...we are eager to have her here with us....my husband is only allowed to see her if he fly to philippines says her mother...my husband cant afford to fly everytime...california to philippines n back :((....(note we are broke at the moment but we are saving as we go)

We have lost too much already n to see a part of us far away is too much to bare...Plz help my husband get his daughter even for just a few months at a time...4yrs have already wasted...he has only seen her n hugged her at most 5 times in her life... Plz help plz advice... Thank you.. We apreviate any help/advice we may receive... ^_^
