hi. i am a male u. s. citizen and have been living here in the philippines since 2007 but before that i have lived in the united states since i was 11 years old, i am now 43. i had 2 children with a filipino citizen during my stay here they are now 4 and 3 years of age. my question is are they naturalized u. s. citizens and can i apply for a u. s. passport for them at the u. s. embassy or do they not meet the requirements to be u. s. citizens? also i am an overstay here in the philippines will i have problems if i go to the u. s. embassy?
