I have a new product that has gone through a thorough patent search and has been found to be patentable by two patent attorneys. It will be used in home kitchens, in restaurants, and other commercial organizations that do cooking. It is an all-new kitchen "working tools" organizer.
I am convinced that this inexpensive product (estimated to be manufactured at approximate cost of eight dollars and is easy to ship) will be in great demand by the public, and its appearance alone makes its own sales pitch. Question A. Do you have a category or class of inventions that my inventiion would fit into?
B. Will it be necessary for me to get the patent before we talk about it further? --Mary
