A business is not an individual so they are not afforded the same rights as individuals in the bill of rights. If they were afforded these rights, then they would/should also be subject to the same punishments as individuals...but that is not applicable to a business because it is a "collective unit" of individuals that are running the business. However, technically a sole prop is owned by 1 individual so they should be held to the same punishments and standards as an individual.
