Can a business refuse to sell me goods because I shop there often? A handbag store is refusing to allow me to purchase anything from their company because they say that "...your habit of buying duplicate items suggests that you are purchasing ---- products for resale." They are basing this strictly on my buying habits and have no other reason but that for refusing to sell to me.
