Hi, can i refuse service to someone, if this person is using you? example, she comes into my business to sell gold, i give her a price than she walks out, and sells it to the pawnshop about a block away from me. She has done the same thing three times. Can i refused to do business with her the next time she comes in?
can you please give me some advice on this.
