It is a violation of my rights for a job not to hire me because the hiring manager said and i quote, "You are not right for this job because you are not a people person". They had never even met me in person! Previous to applying for this job, I had worked at a hotel where I dealt with many people daily!
Am I allowed to refuse to pay for a cancellation fee of a service such as internet if; they had never met my satisfaction, I had brought the problems to there attention numerous times and they did nothing? I had all of my bills paid and on time every time. Am I legally still bind to the contract or do these problems legally forfeit the contract?
