My wife has MS and fully disabled. She applied for a credit card and the company states on their application for employment info or other. My wife checked other and was denied even though she has decent credit. She called their # and they stated she must be employed. Isn't this a violation of her civil rights? The company wouldn't accept social security payments as income.
