Actually no there is not. Owning my own business we had to review tons of consumer laws and we have yet to come across any law that allows a business to deny you a tour because your significant other is not present. One company I had delt with, and it may be the same company, refused to provide me a membership unless my significant others signature was on the paperwork as well, being gay I felt uncomfortable with that. When both my significant other and myself arrived, they still refused service to us. It made me realize the truth that there are companies out there that will refuse service to homosexuals
