I am having an issue with a website that I have purchased a subscription to with a credit card. The issue is that I have paid for a months service and have used 48 hours of the subscription after which they have cancelled my subscription. So now I have no service and no refund of funds. This arose because I complained after they did not meet their obligations to our mutual agreement upon the purchase. I in no way asked for an end of services, yet out of spite due to my complaint the site administators cancelled and have refused service. They basically walked away with those funds and are not giving me service. Anyone know of options that I may have or where I may look more closely at my rights in this regard?
