Under LP paragraph you mention: "Partners in a LP can take business tax deductions, including vehicles, trips, and entertainment. These deductions are not available for corporations or LLCs." I believe these deductions are possible for an LLC (I am not an accountant), so is there a reference you can cite for this claim of not being able to use these deductions if one has an LLC instead of LP?
