I currently live in a Granny Flat/ Second Dwelling in back of someone's house in San Diego. So before I rented the property, I signed the lease for for a year and street parking. But later on I figured out that Granny flats in San Diego's are suppose to receive 1 off street parking spot per bedroom in the unit. But my landlord and his property manager rented the front house out and gave them both off-street parking spots and now I have to park on the streets. I've been parking on the off-street parking lot for a while not. But not since I moved in. Could I bring this issue to a legal case? Or What can I do to get that parking spot back. Could someone reconfirm me about my rights with the granny flat?
