I called an old man that is renting his place on CL and it ended up being like a phone interview. He asked me a bunch of questions like if I have kids, do I smoke, do I party, etc. It seemed like he liked me and all I wanted to do was go check the place out. I asked what the deal was with parking and told him that I had a motorcycle and I asked if there was any safe place to park it. He basically shut me down and told me that he couldn't have anyone that rides a motorcycle live in the apartment because he has to be respectful of the neighbors. He said that having a motorcycle is a "dealbreaker." Can he do that?
