If I were to make a will granting guardianship of my son to my mother, is there something I can do to absolutely make sure that his other grandmother (my mother-in-law) could not get custody of him from my mother? I believe that she might try to fight for custody and I want to make she couldn't. She's not mentally stable and does not hold the same values as I do. What can I do?
