I was hired to work in sales by a small company owner (own service bus.) & was told that I was to receive a commission and shown work orders w/names, addresses, and dollar amounts for the worked performed as a result of my efforts. However, the owner has only told me what I want to hear & has not returned calls to phone #'s that I've listed on his voicemail each time. I have not spoken to him since a phone conversation several weeks ago, when he said he'd call me back.
I was also given some cash to use for gas, meals & expenses. Before I left, the accountant told me that she needed to correct whatever amount he paid me to show for tax purposes, yet my payment has been avoided.
Do you have any advice on any Last Message that I can leave, prior to following through w/any Other Recourse?
