I had a foster daughter years ago and thru the years we'd lost touch. Recently reconnected and now I'm 63, and she's 44 yrs old. I live in FL and she lives in MA. She sort of considers me her mom, and I think of her as my daughter. I would like to see about legalizing our relationship as mother/daughter but don't know how to go about doing this. I would like to do an adoption of her even though she's an adult. What would we be facing cost wise, as well as interstate adoption. Neither of us have any debilitating diseases or mental defects. We'd just like to make it official. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated. thanks,
