I spent 7 months investing a majority of my minimum wage salary into a small company. We had a written contract and several emailed verbal contracts that stated when my account was to grow and by exactly how much.
I invested $6,250.00
according to the contract he now owes me $84,000 plus and additional $3,200 that he verbally expressed would be given to me as compensation for being late on making the payment.
It has been two months since I last heard from him, in spite of my numerous calls and emails asking for us to come to a settlement.

I'd appreciate any advice.
