I am not sure of all the facts of this but if you and your mother live on the same property (not sure if you have the same or different address than your mother, the warrant probably stated the address of the land and therefore probably entered the wrong dwelling looking for your mother. As long as the warrant had the correct address, there is nothing that can be done.
