In Virginia, my neighbors tree fell as a result of a storm. It crushed my shed (it is a wooden shed that was custom made to match the house. Had a workshop, shelving and electricity)

I have a deductible for insurance. The neighbor says they are not responsible. I want them to pay the deductible.

The previous owner told me when the fence went up they have some of my land in their yard......how do I get a surveyor to check that? If they will not pay for their damage, I want to make them pay to move the fence.
