I recently purchased a home and had a survey done as part of the closing process. As a result of the survey, I realized that the neighbor had several trucks, used tires, etc. on my property. (A shed is also built right on the far corner of the property and a part of a gate is over four feet on my property.)

I spoke to him about it and he agreed to move everything and even mentioned that he had the property surveyed about 4 years ago and suggested he knew all of the boundaries. (It was his cousin that supposedly owned the property I purchased... )

I was told that even though he acknowledged verbally the property lines that I should put it in writing. Does legal zoom have a document that will cover this?
