We moved into our house in 1999. We completely relandscaped and added a new fence to our backyard. Our
contractor said that he would prefer not removing any old fence and he would just build our new fence behind all the old fences in our backyard. We were completely ok with this. Two years after our new neighbors moved in and decided to remove their old fence and share our lovely new fence. five years later they decided to buy dogs...their
dogs have damaged our fence. We have asked them to fix
what their dogs have done and they have denied that their
dogs have done anything. Obviously we can take them to court but can we also force them to replace their old fence
that they tore down and stop using ours?
