I bought a property in Jan 2012 and just had it surveyed to find the neighbors house is 3/4 on my property as well as the septic and well and the electric meter. I brought this to her attention and her response was I dont care they are foreclosing on me anyways. I then filed a suit to have the encraochment removed since she did not care and of course she did not respond and by default I have a judgement to remove such encraochments. So do i remove it before the foreclosure or do I wait and inform the bank of the encraochment? Maybe get the property for little or nothing considering they only can foreclose on her property and not mine. any thoughts thanks tj
