My Mother just passed away and my sister is the executor of the Will. She isn't able to access any monies, etc. because the bank told her she needs to get an attorney to get a Testamentary Document to prove she is who she is. Before I pass I don't want my son/beneficiary/executor of my Will to go through this problem. Do I need to have an attorney draw this document up, or can I have this done via Legal Zoom? Also, do Wills need to be filed in the Court House? Thank you,Patti
