1) Complete our Small Claims Questionnaire

Answer a few quick questions to see if you qualify for a small claims action. After you’ve confirmed that you qualify, we will send you a simple questionnaire that you can complete in the privacy of your home. If you need assistance at any time, our customer support specialists are available to help.

2) We Prepare Your Small Claims Papers

Our specialists review the answers you provide for consistency and completeness. Then we prepare the necessary small claims documents and send them to you along with simple directions for filing them with the proper court. At your request, we can even prepare a complimentary "demand letter" for you to send to the defendant.

3) You Receive Your Hearing Date
