A lawsuit against actor Gary Busey was recently filed by a woman who alleged the former Celebrity Apprentice contestant pushed her to the ground while trying to board an airplane.

57-year-old Carla Loeffler filed the lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, saying Busey pushed her without reason in order to get on the flight they were both scheduled to board in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The lawsuit alleges Busey had been using his spare time to drink alcohol at the airport and was intoxicated by the time the flight was called. Loeffler is suing for unspecified damages.

The brothers of deceased singer Michael Jackson are suing a businessman who allegedly hasn't paid them for their participation in a business deal.

Marlon, Tito and Jackie Jackson filed the lawsuit against Steeve Bohbot, who allegedly had the brothers sign 1,000 replicas of the red leather jackets Michael wore in the music videos for the hits "Thriller" and "Beat It," TMZ reported.

According to the lawsuit, the three brothers were promised $100,000 each for participating in the business deal, which they say they have not yet received, the source stated.
