Frank and Jamie McCourt Reach a Deal in Divorce Settlement

Frank McCourt and Jamie McCourt recently reached a divorce settlement allegedly worth $130 million, according to which Jamie will give up all claims over ownership of the Los Angeles Dodgers.

The settlement will remove Jamie as an obstacle in Frank McCourt's plan to retain ownership of the Dodgers by selling the team's television rights in U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

The couple, who did sign a prenuptial agreement, have had issues in the past over the specifics of the document.

Wilde, Ruspoli Divorce Finalized

A judge finalized the divorce of actress Olivia Wilde and her former husband, Tao Ruspoli, on September 29, according to People magazine.

Star of feature films such as "Tron" and "Cowboys and Aliens," as well as the TV show "House, M.D.," Wilde married Ruspoli in 2003, when she was 18.

Despite the fact that Ruspoli is an Italian prince and Wilde a successful actress, the two did not have a prenuptial agreement.

Marsden, Linde to Divorce

Lisa Linde, wife of actor James Marsden, filed for divorce on September 23, citing irreconcilable differences.

According to the petition, Linde is seeking joint custody of their 10-year-old son, Jack, and 6-year-old daughter, Mary. She also requested the court rule on any contested issue that arises related to the divorce, including issues related to child support, spousal support, child visitation, child custody, property valuation, property division, tax consequences and attorney's fees.
