Nick Hogan, son of former professional wrestler Hulk Hogan and a major presence on the reality show "Hogan Knows Best" is being sued for $25,000 by a woman who is alleging she sustained significant injuries from a freeway crash he was involved in.
The reality star was involved in an almost fatal 2009 freeway crash that injured Marcela Posada, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
Posada is contending she suffered significant injuries to her body and car when the crash happened on a Los Angeles freeway, TMZ reported. Hogan was driving home from a charity event and allegedly ran into Posada's car. Initial reports were that Posada didn't suffer any injuries.
Hogan, whose real name is Nick Bollea, has been involved in several other criminal cases in the past. He was charged with third-degree felony reckless driving involving serious bodily injury in another crash, according to E! Online. When that incident occurred in 2007, his blood-alcohol level was higher than 0.02 percent, which was illegal since he was 17 at the time.
