Several NFL players are involved in a lawsuit that was recently filed in U.S. District Court in Atlanta alleging brain injuries sustained during their playing days have affected their quality of life.

Jamal Lewis, Dorsey Levins, Fulton Kuykendall and Ryan Stewart all are plaintiffs in the lawsuit that was filed against the league they formerly played in.

Golden State Warriors star guard Monta Ellis was hit with a lawsuit recently by a former female employee of the team, who alleges he harassed her by sending her explicit text messages.

Erika Ross Smith alleged in her lawsuit that the basketball star sent her unwanted text messages, some of which included a photo of his genitals, as often as several times a day starting in November 2010.

Smith worked in the team's community relations department during the time Ellis was allegedly sending her the unwanted text messages.

Former NFL wide receiver and Olympic sprinter Willie Gault was hit with a lawsuit recently that alleges he took part in efforts to fraudulently boost stock of a company he helped manage.

California-based Heart Tronics was being managed by the former athlete when the company announced millions of dollars in fake sales for its heart monitoring devices between 2006 and 2008.

"Jersey Shore" star Snooki was recently hit wit a $7 million lawsuit alleging that the reality show star intentionally sabotaged a deal with a licensing company she hired to launch Snooki-themed merchandise.

SRG Ventures contends that 24-year-old reality TV star wrecked a deal by negotiating with other companies behind SRG's back.

Snooki filed legal papers earlier in the year in order to end her contract with SRG Ventures, saying the company failed to honor the terms of the contract.
