The brothers of deceased singer Michael Jackson are suing a businessman who allegedly hasn't paid them for their participation in a business deal.

Marlon, Tito and Jackie Jackson filed the lawsuit against Steeve Bohbot, who allegedly had the brothers sign 1,000 replicas of the red leather jackets Michael wore in the music videos for the hits "Thriller" and "Beat It," TMZ reported.

According to the lawsuit, the three brothers were promised $100,000 each for participating in the business deal, which they say they have not yet received, the source stated.

A lawsuit filed against former NBA star Allen Iverson was dismissed recently by federal judge.

U.S. District Court Judge Nancy Edmunds dismissed the $2.5 million lawsuit that alleged Iverson had ties with a former bodyguard who got into a 2009 bar fight at Detroit's South Beach Pizza Bar nightclub, which led to a patron named Guy Walker being punched.

Patti LaBelle is being sued by an 18-month-old child's parents, who allege the singer screamed at their child and threw punches at them.

In a lawsuit filed November 14 in Manhattan, Kevin and Roseanna Monk said the R&B singer assaulted them following an encounter in the lobby of a Riverside Boulevard apartment where the diva was a tenant while she was on Broadway in the play "Fela!"

The Monks alleged their child was running around the lobby of the Riverside apartment and LaBelle asked the parents why they were allowing the behavior.

Kim Kardashian is taking steps to file a lawsuit of her own, after being hit with a few in the days after announcing her divorce from NBA player Kris Humphries.

Kardashian is readying legal action against Jonathan Jaxson, who is alleging Kim never wanted to marry Humphries and the entire wedding was a PR stunt.

Jaxson, who validated his knowledge by saying he did PR for the reality star, is doing a media tour for a book he wrote, in which he details how the Kardashian-Humphries wedding was staged.

A hair removal company recently filed a lawsuit against reality show star Kim Kardashian, alleging she has misled consumers about the effectiveness of the removal methods she uses.

Radiant, a rival of the hair removal company Kardashian represents, Tria, filed the lawsuit.
