Acting legend Tony Curtis reportedly cut daughter Jamie Lee Curtis and his four other children from his last will just before he passed away, according to a recent Inside Edition report.
According to the news source, Curtis, who died last year at the age of 85, decided to leave his estate to the trustee of his trust, who is reportedly believed to be his fifth wife, Jill Vandenberg.
The news provider reported that it had obtained a copy of the last will, which was written just five months prior to his death. The last will reportedly included a line that read "I acknowledge the existence of my children ... and have intentionally and with full knowledge chosen not to provide for them."
Kelly Lee Curtis, another of the former actor's daughters, reportedly decided to contest the will, but was denied, the news source said. A representative for Jamie Lee Curtis told entertainment news website TheWrap that the actress did not have any comments to make on the situation.
Tony Curtis starred in a number of films during the 1950s and 1960s including comedy "Some Like it Hot" and "The Defiant Ones," according to the Internet Movie Database.
