After reports surfaced earlier this year that Jillian Michaels was planning to adopt a child from Africa, the "Biggest Loser" star now says she is in the process of adopting a child from the Congo, CNN reports.

According to the news source, Michaels reportedly announced in December that she was leaving her role on "The Biggest Loser" in order to become a mom and focus on raising a child.

"So the paperwork is done, and now it’s just a waiting game," Michaels told Us Weekly. "It could be six months, twelve months; it could be two years.
