According to the news source, Curtis' eldest child, Kelly, has already taken legal action to contest the will, while second daughter Alexandra is also reportedly pondering a lawsuit.

A Florida Keys attorney could possibly face disbarment after he allegedly changed the will of a deceased client to award himself a gift of $200,000 and his wife $63,000 for caring for the client's dog.

The Miami Herald reports that Florida Keys resident Ina Meyers signed the last will and testament with the intention of helping others with her estate, which is reportedly worth more than $2 million.

Kendra Seavey of the Beverly, Massachusetts Council on Aging, recently scheduled a six-week workshop series that will assist seniors in a number of areas, including the creation of a last will, the Boston Globe reports.

By offering the seminars, Seavey has reportedly brought the government-sponsored initiative Embrace Your Future to fruition, the news source said.

The program was first designed as a way to give information to middle aged and older adults about planning for their future, according to the Globe.

In Italian Luciano Visocchi's last will and testament, he left his estate, which is estimated at $700,000, to the city of Boston, Massachusetts, where his aunt and mother had reportedly lived for a number of years, according to the Boston Globe.

In addition to the estate, however, Visocchi inserted a clause into the last will that required the city to take care of some of its inhabitants.

"The City of Boston, MA, USA, is obliged to look after the old dogs Argus and Jak," the will said, according to an English translation.
