Television star Charlie Sheen has filed a lawsuit against a pornographic actress for defamation and extortion following an alleged confrontation in October in a New York hotel room, reports CNN.

Capri Anderson, the actress whose real name is Christina Walsh, claims that Sheen put his hands around her neck in a hotel room after snorting a "white, powdery substance." She also claimed that he offered her money in exchange for her silence regarding the altercation.

A man has filed a lawsuit against Cesar Millan over alleged wrongful termination from the celebrity's non-profit foundation, according to TMZ.

Sean Hawkins, the former executive director of the Cesar and Ilusion Millan Foundation, claims that he was fired following a leave of absence he took to seek treatment for his alcoholism.

Cesar Millan is known for the National Geographic Channel show "The Dog Whisperer", in which he helps pet owners with their animals.

A lawsuit against television personality and model Tyra Banks alleges she featured a teenage girl on a sex addiction show without the permission of the girl's parents, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Beverly McClendon, a licensed social worker from McDonough, Georgia, claims her daughter answered an open call that was on Banks' website last October.

According to TMZ.com, the man who was involved in a car crash with Eva Longoria claims that the "Desperate Housewives" star is at fault and is planning to file a lawsuit. 

An attorney told TMZ that he has been hired to represent the man in the crash, Roman Gasparyan. Gasparyan claims he was stopped in the middle lane on Hollywood Boulevard, waiting to turn when Longoria crashed into him.

The lawyer said that Longoria made a sudden turn into the middle lane, crossing the median and nearly hitting another driver in the process.

"Dancing with the Stars" host Brooke Burke and her boyfriend are facing a civil lawsuit that alleges they received stolen property for their home in Malibu.

The lawsuit claims that Burke and her boyfriend David Charvet bought and received more than $70,000 in appliances from a high-end design store in Los Angeles.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the couple bought the appliances from a store called Euroconcepts, purchasing them directly from an employee who had allegedly stolen them.
