Television show “American Idol” has responded to a lawsuit filed by a former contestant, warning him that he will be forced to pay the show’s legal costs if he continues with the suit, reports.

According to the lawsuit, which was filed by former contestant Ian Benardo in federal court in New York in August, producers for the show told Benardo to “gay it up,” then turned their backs on him when the strategy backfired.

The ex-husband of former "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Danielle Staub has filed a lawsuit over Staub's tell-all book, "The Naked Truth," reports.

An actor from the television drama "Sons of Anarchy" was arrested recently after an altercation with a Glendale, California, police officer who pulled the actor over for allegedly talking on his cell phone and not wearing a seat belt, the Los Angeles Times reports.

After a recent Star Magazine article suggested that actor Ashton Kutcher had been spotted cheating on his wife, Demi Moore, the former "That 70's Show" actor is contemplating a lawsuit against the magazine, the Toronto Sun reports.
