LegalZoom enters into Licensing Agreement with Alpha Publications

LegalZoom, the premier online legal service and information site, has entered into a licensing agreement with Alpha Publications of America, Inc. ("Alpha"). The agreement allows LegalZoom to use all content from over 300 self-help legal manuals, books, and kits published by Alpha. In addition to content, LegalZoom will be able to create digital and electronic versions of all forms and documents published by Alpha. In return, Alpha's manuals, books, and kits will be made available through LegalZoom's website. Mr. Kermit Burton, President of Alpha, has also joined LegalZoom's Board of Advisors.
